This market leader is seeking a self-motivated and experienced professional looking to further develop their sales skills in Real Estate. This person will step into a well-known brand, managing a large portfolio of luxury properties.

  • $100-200k + Super + OTE + Phone Car

 

On offer:

  • Comms Only: 50%

  • Comms + Retainer: $50,000 (award rate) plus superannuation plus car allowance Plus 45% Comms

  • Independent Contractor 55% then on a scale up to 70% depends on GCI PLUS 50% of PA

  • Monday - Friday hours, occasional Saturday

Must-Have:

  • Agents Representative License 

 

Ideal candidates:

  • Agents Representative Certificate

  • Min 3 + years of industry sales experience

  • Expertise in local and surrounding areas

  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Owns own vehicle with full license 

  • Mandarin-speaking agents are highly sought-after
