The Position:

As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and local authorities

• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets

• Oversee design development and value engineering

• Lead and manage all stages of the project

• Manage the planning, design, approvals, and construction phases 

• Negotiate contracts and agreement

Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (Property Development, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 + years of experience as a Development Manager

• Experience in residential and mixed use projects would give a high advantage

• Have managed a full project lifecycle, from planning approvals, construction and delivery

• Negotiation and stakeholder management

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
