Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 180+ properties as well as assist in creating new business opportunities
  • Market vacant properties to attract potential tenants, conduct showings, and screen prospective tenants
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, including monitoring expenses and ensuring financial goals are met
  • Negotiate and enforce lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and financial reports

Key requirements:

  • A current Victorian Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and current Drivers License.
  • Previous experience in Property Manager positions managing a portfolio of 150 properties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills. 
  • Proficiency in property management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency (not essential but desirable)
