About the Job: 

We are looking for a Residential Site Manager to join an award winning builder, who focus on high end residential builds for a truly valued client base, with Construction sites in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Their builds epitomize modern living, blending contemporary design with superior craftsmanship to create vibrant communities that last.

About the Role: 

As a Site Manager, you will oversee townhouse projects from inception to completion in the Eastern Subrubs of Melbourne. You will be a key member of the organisation and construction team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality homes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

• Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.

• Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to the client's standards and specifications.

What you will bring to the Role: 

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in Residential projects, preferably Medium density. (2-5 years ideal)

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• A commitment to upholding the client's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in a trade would be highly regarded.
