Our client is a leading and award winning residential home builder in Sydney, who specialise in designing and constructing quality homes for families across New South Wales. About the Role
We are looking for a new and motivated Sales Consultant to join our client’s team at their display centre in Leppington, NSW. As a Sales Consultant, you will play the pivotal role in guiding and supporting home buyers through their journey on buying a new home. You will be their expert throughout the duration of the sales process, from greeting them, to providing information around their inquiries to closing the deal. Using your knowledge, to provide personalised solutions and exceptional service to clients. 
Responsibilities:

  • Always engaging with potential home buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Showcasing the organisations range of designs, floor plans, and customization options, tailoring solutions to meet each of your client's unique requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing timely and accurate information, guidance, and support throughout the sales process.
  • Utilising customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports to optimise sales performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and offerings.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including design and construction, to ensure smooth project transitions and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate agility and resourcefulness in adapting to changing circumstances and overcoming challenges to achieve sales targets.

What you will bring to the Role: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically within the property building industry.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of volume home building processes, products, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
